A brand new bulding debut in Higashimatsuyama campus!

HIGASHI-MATSUYAMA CAMPUS FINISHES PHASE ONE OF ITS REFURBISHMENT IN TIME FOR THE 2012 ACADEMIC YEAR!
Daito Bunka University's Higashi-Matsuyama campus is being reconstructed along the motif of "Nouveau Japanese." Drawing on our ample space the size of six Tokyo Domes, integrating the lush green of the surrounding environment, we have unveiled the new building that makes our campus into a city with an endless potential for charming discoveries and encounters.

• Our new cafeteria with its outdoor terrace which can accommodate up to 500 diners.

• Our cafeteria's terrace is outfitted with blinds that call to mind the traditional "sudare" sunscreens of traditional Japanese houses.
• "Restaurant Daito's" has found a new home in our new cafeteria.

• A nod to Daito's cosmopolitanism- Directions in Japanese, English, Chinese, Koran, Thai, Hindi, and Arabic.
• Signs for the women and men's restaurants are not the usual red and black- but a chic pinkish beige and deep indigo.

• Students who want to eat their vegetables at a low price enjoy the fast food chain Subway, renowned for its sandwiches.
• Our on-campus Seven-Eleven is a convenient place to not only buy light fare, but also to buy tickets and use the ATM machine.

• Our new cafeteria and lecture hall building also contains two lecture halls which can hold up to 250 students each.
• Students can get together to brainstorm in the new meeting space, with free use of a white board for scribbling their ideas.
