Tango-no-Sekku decoration

We arranged the “Tango-no-Sekku” decoration at International Center.

 

May 5th is the Japanese national holiday “Kodomo-no-Hi“ (Children’s day) and Tango-no-sekku is the event for boys on that day.

 

People pray for the growth and health of each boy in the family by putting up “Koinobori” (Carp streamers) and displaying a warrior doll.
