"Interpreting Studies" in the Graduate School of Economics of Daito Bunka University was established in April 1995 as the first-in-Japan, full-fledged program at graduate school level to train conference interpreters (a two-year program during daytime). Through its high-quality and thorough guidance consistently given on small group teaching, this program has fostered excellent individuals. Among the students completing this program, to say nothing of those actively working as interpreters, there are many who are active as business persons both in Japan and abroad by using their academic skills and knowledge.
